Ci sono stato tante, ma tante volte...Almeno una volta all'anno vado a Londra, e ogni volta passo da Camden.
E' sempre piacevole, ma ogni anno che passa ti accorgi sempre più che è come se fosse un mercatino messo lì solo per i turisti..Fino a qualche anno fa' (neanche tanti, 10 circa...) potevi portare via dei pezzi veramente unici...qualcosa di storico davvero. Adesso più che altro c'è roba vecchiotta che spacciano per vintage, e tante bancarelle che non c'entrano nulla ma che vivono sul nome "Camden"...
Rimane folkloristico e piacevole comunque, ma come tanti posti "icona" ha preso un po' troppo l'aria da "tappa da guida michelin" svuotandosi di quello che lo contraddistingueva davvero...

..personalmente non c'ero mai stato... probabilmente hai ragione a dire che è ormai tappa fissa per turisti... ma non avendolo mai visto prima tendo a escludere il passato...il classico discorso del: "una volta si che era un vero mercatino, ora invece...."
...essendo poi un curioso, soprattutto del genere umano, quel che mi ha colpito di più è la varietà che vi ho trovato, dai cartoni animati in carne e ossa ai più nostalgici retrò....insomma colpisce il tutto, forse chi c'è stato più volte dopo un po tende ad assuefarsi, ma nei miei occhi "virginei" il tutto mi è piaciuto parecchio ;) ...
...per discorso "vintage" non saprei proprio dire....non sono un esperto ne un ricercatore del vintage ad ogni costo, anzi direi pressochè neofita, sicchè mi richiamo al discorso "virgineo"..... ;) :D

CAMDEN TOWN è il paese dei balocchi. E' uno dei posti più belli e caratteristici di Londra.

Non a caso diversi artisti inglesi hanno dedicato a questo "quartiere" di Londra canzoni, film e quant'altro.
